What we enjoyed the most during our visit was the hungry man’s breakfast, which is made of eggs, bacon, sausages, ham slice, pancake, hashbrown, and toast. It’s definitely for someone looking to have the most filling breakfast!

If you were to ask a Calgarian what to get here, they would most likely tell you to order the autumn apple French toast, brisket sandwich, or the buttermilk waffles. 

We also suggest trying the pancake breakfast tacos that are made out of buttermilk homemade pancakes, spinach, scrambled eggs, chorizo, and caramelized onions drizzled with the deliciously sweet chipotle sauce.

While you can come up with your own dish within the comfort of your own home by getting the ingredients you need here, you can also try one of their delicious plates. This includes the porcetta panini, meatball sub, and turkey loaf. 

If you want something simple, we suggest getting the Black Forest ham sandwich made only with ham and cheese. Otherwise, try out the 9th Avenue sub for an explosion of flavors.

That said, it’s also a popular spot for rafters and surfers. Do note that the north channel can be dangerous, so unless you’re a confident professional, we suggest avoiding that area by going to the south channel instead.
