Glamorgan Bakery is a humble establishment offering delectable sweet treats of Dutch origin.
They gained their popularity because of their cheese buns and true enough, when we got a bite of it ourselves, we couldn’t help but empty the whole box. If you want to get a taste, we suggest getting there in the morning because these tend to sell out real quick!

Having been around for 40 years, Amandine Bakery has become a household name for a lot of Calgarians in the neighborhood.
As soon as you step inside their store, you’ll be welcomed with deliciously designed cakes, offering you a delightful visual fest. Their mini cheesecake is certainly mind blowing. However, we find that their gluten free strawberry cheesecake takes the cake.

Echoing the remarkable charm of this black and white haven is a delectable array of pastries displayed with an artistic touch. Despite that, these beauties still taste better than they look, which tells you how good they are!
Their butter croissant is a top-notch choice. However, the hazelnut nutella croissant is also a great nod to the classics.

Offering plenty of classic treats, Yann Haute Patisserie captured our hearts effortlessly.
Their macarons are definitely the best out of the bunch and come in plenty of delightful flavors including lemon (our favorite!), dark chocolate, pistachio, and more.

Put together by a French pastry chef, Black Sheep Patisserie has an assortment of French bakes that will keep you coming back for more.
How do we know this? Well, dear reader, we’ve been here at least 5 times!
We’ve tried plenty of their croissant flavors (their best sellers) and we still can’t choose a favorite. If you like sweet stuff, order the pear/vanilla or the raspberry.
Otherwise, you might want to go for the savory options – butter and ham & cheese. Needless to say, all of them are outstanding.
