I brought it back into the store to ask about warranty and was told they didn’t cover it but they would follow up with their manager and give me a call. After waiting over a week with no follow-up call I called back into the store and although they remembered the issue, there was nothing that could be done for me. Annoyed that they hadn’t at least called me back like they said they would, I emailed the manager (Cindy) directly and explained what had happen. She responded almost immediately apologizing for the treatment I had received and saying this was the first she had heard of the issue. After a few emails back and forth she asked if I would bring the phone back into the store to have it examined by one of the senior technicians. I did so, and left the phone with him to take a look at. When I came back to pick it up they had fixed the crack at no charge. So in the end I received the service I believe I should have in the first place, however it took some persistence, as the counter staff, while very friendly, didn’t follow up on the problem like they said they would. Cindy was fantastic in all of her response and concern to the issue however, which is the reason I am giving a four star rating and would consider bringing my phone back there for future fixes.
I should note that the screen replacement they did do for me was excellent as well, and if it weren’t for the cracked casing and issues that followed it would have been a 5 star rating.”
