Heritage Park’s annual fundraiser, the Carnivàle, is fast approaching. This much-awaited event will take place on Friday, September 16 at Heritage Park Historical Village which you can find at 1900 Heritage Drive SW, Calgary.
Expect a fantastic and awe-inspiring display of street performances by Le Cirque de la Nuit, a chance to meet fortune tellers and caricature and tattoo artists, and an avid dance party at the Didsbury Bandstand.
Guests can also enjoy various rides and games at the Antique Midway after hours, along with other exciting surprises.
Not only will you get the unique opportunity to enjoy entertainment at Heritage Park after dark, but you’ll also be contributing to Heritage Park as a registered charity. Proceeds will help preserve the park’s rich history and make sure it can be enjoyed by generations to come.
Tickets for the event are available in three tier levels that you get to choose from. Each has a unique and incredible experience.
A ticket to Carnivàle at the Park, the first tier, costs $75 per head. At this level, you’ll get unlimited access to a lot of circus performances, fortune tellers, La Grande Finale, and the Under the Sky Salon.
Gates open at 7:30 pm. You’ll also be getting one midway drink ticket and two carnival food tickets along with your entrance fee.
The second level, Picnic in the Park, costs $150 per person. You can enter the park at 7 pm and have access to everything a first-tier ticket can offer, as well as a gourmet al fresco picnic that will make your mouth water.
You’ll also get a midway libation, gourmet food tokens, and a special gift as a souvenir.
Lastly, tickets to the third level, called Enchanted Evening, run at $250 per piece. You’ll get to enter the park as early as 6 PM.
Not only that, but you’ll also get a four-course dinner with wine while you watch the performance of Le Cirque de la Nuit, photo opportunities, and other surprises.
What should you prepare? The park encourages attendees to dress the part and match the whimsical Carnival theme of the event.
