I had a great experience here. Customer service was exceptional, services were superior, and I couldn’t be happier. I will be a life long customer for as long as I’m in Calgary! Dolphin Dry Cleaners has nine locations throughout the city, so convenience isn’t much of an issue here. Actually, the locations are accessible to anyone – regular commuters and drivers included.
The shop promotes its “dolphin difference” in dry cleaning, where the service is basically taken to the next level. They guarantee not only the complete removal of all stains but also the ability to extend the clothes’ lifespan.
Unfortunately, we found it difficult to confirm this claim as the samples aren’t too substantial to produce real results. But we do confirm that all the stains are removed, no matter how stubborn the spots seem to be.
To achieve this, Dolphin selects a process based on the condition, color, and fabric type of the clothes. Then they press every garment upon completion of the cleaning process – typical but done with great attention to detail.
This shop, in our opinion, is also an excellent choice if you care about the environment – all thanks to their choice of eco-friendly products. They even have a recycling facility to help reduce waste and save the environment.
Finally, Dolphin Dry Cleaners is a convenient option, with free pickup and delivery guaranteed for orders of $45 or more. Others will do it for free regardless of order size, but at least, it’s something worth noting.

Dolphin cleaners, has helped me big time, I had to my guest party clothes to be cleaned in less then 24 hours for a wedding (flight was delayed coming to Calgary). Fishman’s Personal Care Cleaners has safe options for dry cleaning, something that we also love in these shops. Their chemical-free cleaning is the reason for this, and they’ve been doing it since they opened their doors in 1945.
Besides this, the quality of their service is another reason why they have repeat customers. They’re known for their solid ability for color retention, stain removal, as well as returning clothes to clients that are softer to the touch.
They can dry clean almost any type of clothing too, whether it has luxurious fabrics or beads and sequins. Having tried the services ourselves, they’ve proven their broad range of capabilities – at least in terms of clothing types.

On the good side though, the issues aren’t that big considering the scale of their service history. We still wish they’d be a little more welcoming to clients though!

Wild Rose Cleaners is the place to go for affordable dry cleaning services. They give excellent care and attention to every garment they handle, assuring their clients that they’re getting their money’s worth down to the last penny.
We say that because they’re very upfront when it comes to prices – even their website is packed with this information. Everything is priced there, from tops and bottoms to dresses, suits, and coats (you won’t need to call them for quotes which we like).
Customers appreciate their quick and friendly service as well as their convenient hours. Thankfully though, they don’t compromise the quality of the cleaning just so they can return the items within the day.
They’re also pretty popular for their alterations service. So if you need dry cleaning for your clothes with a goal of having them altered later, then they’re your one-stop shop for that.
Unfortunately, Wild Rose can’t provide other convenient services that customers look for in a typical laundry shop ( washing, drying, folding, etc.). They’re pretty much limited dry cleaning and alterations only.
But the good news is that they care enough to refer their customers to other reputable businesses that provide such services, earning them extra points in our book. Other than that, we’re pleased with what they offer.

To top it all off, they provide same-day dry cleaning service to their customers. Actually, Caachi is one of the go-to places in Calgary for those in need of an emergency dry cleaning fix.
And, given their quick turnaround time, we’re not surprised to learn that they have a long list of loyal, returning customers. Well, we can’t blame them, especially with the variety of help Caachi has to offer.
About that, they can dry clean even the most comprehensive clothing items there are such as wedding gowns, denim, items in leather and suede, and even comforters. Knowing this, it’s safe to assume that they can pretty much deal with any type of clothing.
We also found that the majority of their customers, particularly those who work 9 to 5, find their operating hours to be very helpful and convenient. They’re able to drop off and pick up their items even after office hours which is really a great relief.
Clients also compliment Caachi for their extremely reasonable pricing, making them relatively affordable in this regard. And in our opinion, you really get your money’s worth here, seeing the good clothes out of the dry cleaners.

Honestly, we found nothing spectacularly special about their dry cleaning, as they provide the same service as other dry cleaners. Regardless, we still like their chemical-free cleaning solutions which often provide outstanding results.
In terms of convenience, they met some of our standards, although there are definitely areas of improvement. Unlike other dry cleaners that provide free pick-up and delivery, Sew Passion only offers such service to customers who live within a 10-kilometer radius of their shop.
On the plus side, once you have worked with them, it will be easier to take advantage of the other services they offer. Sew Passion is a promising tailor in the city and is able to provide made-to-order clothing.
Aside from its professional dry cleaning team, the shop has a team of designers and seamstresses who can accommodate a variety of clothing and styles. Though they offer clothing for both men and women, their expertise is skewed toward women’s clothing.
